Customer Development Manager

We’re looking for a Customer Development Manager  to help us grow our sales team and help our Customer Development Representatives help more customers find the right medical solutions for their individual needs.

 

What you’ll do

  • Work directly with the CEO to build out the sales organization and drive revenue growth
  • Manage a team Customer Development Representatives focused on converting inbound calls into appointments.
  • Help build your team – source, interview, and hire top talent to help take our company to the next level
  • Assess the strengths and weaknesses of your team and manage accordingly
  • Provide support for your team as they develop both personally and professionally
  • Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies and programs to help increase your team’s productivity
  • Provide weekly and monthly performance reports with your team

We’re looking for Launchers to help us write the playbook to operationalize a city from scratch in a matter of weeks. Launchers are the tip of the spear – they drop into a new city and launch our business.  We are looking for hustlers who can do it all: you have to be self-motivated, have exceptional relationship-building skills, and be highly analytical. We’re looking for strong performers who can operate independently, move fast, and take the business to the next level.

What you’ll do

  • Travel to new cities and launch Summit Health from scratch. You will run all the on-ground activities to build the foundation to win the market.
  • Become an expert on your city: understand the travel health landscape, customer pain points, and market opportunity for Summit Health locations.
  • Hire and develop an elite nursing team that consistently provides the highest-quality service by establishing standards for performance
  • Identify launch marketing opportunities in the community and build relationships with influencers
  • Consistently innovate and execute on unique strategies for acquiring our first customers
  • Work cross-functionally with our Ops, Growth, Analytics, and Management teams to streamline procedures, strengthen our customer experience, and improve the way we do things

Director, Customer AcquisitioN

This is one of the most dynamic, impactful roles at Summit. It is  a truly unique opportunity to report to the CEO and help define and shape a fast-growing, medical brand and oversee all of our customer growth.

What you’ll do

  • Develop the marketing plan for consumer growth to meet customer acquisition and revenue growth targets
  • Execute integrated marketing programs from strategy and concept through to production and delivery
  • Integrate our product releases, partnership opportunities, and advertising campaigns into a cohesive consumer strategy and narrative
  • Work across functions and disciplines to infuse the consumer’s voice into everything we do
  • Work closely with our local teams to run experiments, surface insights and develop strategy to grow their markets
