What vaccines do I need for Nicaragua in 2021?

Medical Care in Nicaragua
Medical care is limited in Nicaragua, especially outside of city centers. If you require hospital treatment, it is advisable to use Hospital Metropolitano Vivian Pellas and Bautista Hospital, which provide all types of care.
Pharmacies are plentiful but note that drugs come from Mexico or El Salvador and are available with or without a prescription. If you use prescription drugs, it is safer to bring your medications with you.
The number to dial for an ambulance is 128, and you will be transported to a local public hospital. You can also request to be taken to a private medical center.

Do I Need a Visa to Visit Nicaragua?
Prior to travel, make sure you check with your transportation company about any passport requirements. This is important as in some cases their regulations on passport validity may be more strict than those of the destination country.
Only a passport is required to enter Nicaragua for tourist trips under 30 days as well as for business trips. Your passport must be valid for at least six months beyond the date of departure.
Longer trips require a tourist card, similar to a visa, which can be bought in Nicaragua for 10$ US.
