In general, Bonaire provides good quality health care. Its main hospital, the San Francisco Hospital, offers routine and emergency services and a decompression chamber. As always, make sure you purchase good quality insurance which will cover medical evacuation, as more serious injuries or illnesses may require medical reparation.
Although there are several pharmacies in Bonaire, always make sure to bring a well-stocked medical kit and any regular prescriptions.

Do I Need a Visa to Visit Bonaire?
Prior to travel, make sure you check with your transportation company about any passport requirements. This is important as in some cases their regulations on passport validity may be more strict than those of the destination country.
Only a passport is required to enter Bonaire if you’re planning to stay under 90 days. Your passport must be valid for the length of your stay.
