Swaziland Travel Vaccines and Advice
Despite its relatively small size, Swaziland proves a landmark destination in South Africa. Quiet and pleasant, you will be enticed by little shops adorning the city streets. The vibrant Swaziland multicultural market is also a perfect place for souvenir gift ideas, full of local artisanal products and produce. For those who want to learn about local culture, the National Museum describes the story of the Swazi people through pictures. To appreciate the fresh green scenery, make your way to the countryside which is dotted with hills and high mountains. You should also visit the national parks of Malolotja, Ehlane or Mlilwane. The easterly savannas and northwesterly rainforests are also worth seeing.

Medical Care in Swaziland
Medical care in Swaziland remains insufficient. If you are suffering from a minor health problem, the Mbabane Clinic offers adequate care. Whilst it is small, it is better equipped than other health facilities, it offers well trained medical staff, and it provides a 24/7 emergency room. You can contact the clinic by dialling +268 2404 2423. Please note that if you contract a serious disease you will require medical evacuation to another country.
Although pharmacies are well-supplied in the city, you are recommended to bring essential medicines in a pharmacy kit in the event of a shortage of pharmaceutical products.
Dial 999 in case of an emergency. However, please note that emergency services might be unreliable.
