Medical Care in Israel
Unlike other countries in Palestinian territory, standards of healthcare are surprisingly high in Israel. In fact, the country offers the fourth best sanitary system in the world. It is possible to experience treatments of European quality in larger cities in Israel. Residents use Kupot Cholim health insurance in order to pay for these services. The health care system is largely founded on a network of family doctors who operate in clinics, yet some of these consult in private practices and are recommended for French expatriates who are used to private medical services.
